Rea Farms

As a stay at home mom of two kids, finding the time for yourself is definitely a struggle, but I do make an effort a few times a month to take a little “me time” away from our day-to-day routine. Just recently, I had the opportunity to visit Rea Farms for a little Mother’s Morning Out! This beautiful community is nestled in a wonderful outdoor environment bringing homes, businesses, shopping, dining and entertainment all in one place. Follow me along as I explore this wonderful community and all it has to offer to the residents of Charlotte and the surrounding area! My very first stop was at Life Time Athletic! This is a unique facility that offers a luxury gym experience and has everything you and your family would need to lead a healthy lifestyle. It includes:
  • Every type of fitness equipment from cardio to weight platforms
  • Private and family lockers
  • Unlimited fitness group classes and personal training available
  • Full service spa and salon
  • Cafe & Poolside Bistro
  • Childcare
  • So Much More!
After the gym, I walked on over to one of my favorite places to eat, Clean Juice, to grab a delicious smoothie! All of their juices, smoothies, salads, snacks are made from fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. I picked up the “Wild One” made with Almond Butter, Almond Milk, Banana, Blueberries, Chia Seeds and Lemon. Across the street from Clean Juice is a cute little boutique called Erma James. They carry fitness apparel, trendy dresses, tops, bottoms and some of the best accessories! Check out a few great summer looks I picked out below. Just down the street from Erma James, you will find a little R&R time at Idolize Brows and Beauty and Aloha Nails! Idolize offers the following services: threading, waxing, lash and brow services and facials from a team of trained professionals. I had the opportunity a few months ago to try out their services at Rea Farms. You can read about it here.
Aloha Nails offers full service spa for your hands and feet! Perfect opportunity for a busy Mama to stop in and get a luxurious Hawaiian manicure and pedicure. I walked out feeling so refreshed and HUNGRY! My next stop was to grab a quick bite to eat at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. Very first Fuzzy’s started in Fort Worth, TX and now after over 100 locations we finally have one in Rea Farms. They are known for their baja tacos, chips and guac and frozen margaritas! I enjoyed a little bit of each and can’t wait to head back with my entire family (including our little puppy for paws on the patio) Head on over to Rea Farms for a little shopping, food and fun! Planning my next visit already with the family for a little picnic on the lawn. Here are a few other retails shops and services in the area to check out:
  1. Harris Teeter
  2. Flour Power
  3. H2 Blow
  4. TCBY
  5. Duckworth’s
  6. Little Big Burger
  7. Sensi
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you get a chance to check out this beautiful community.
Thank you to Rea Farms for sponsoring this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
